V compliance with the order of Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan the deputy chief of Administration office for archives Republic of Bashkortostan Yusupov O. R. carried out on May 25, 2017 an exit reception of citizens and working meeting to Administration of the municipal district Miyaki of the Republic of Bashkortostan. During a reception of citizens various questions of social and legal character were considered.
In work of meeting took part: chapter of Administration of the municipal district Miyaki of the Republic of Bashkortostan – Aktuganov Rishat , responsible for office-work and archive of the organizations – sources of completing of archival department of Administration of the municipal district Miyaki of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The following questions were considered:
"A condition of archiving in Republic of Bashkortostan" (the speaker - Yusupov O. R., the deputy chief of Administration office for archives Republic of Bashkortostan);
"Strengthening of material base of archival department of Administration of the municipal area Kirgiz-Miyaki district RB" (speaker: Magadiev Marat – the deputy managing affairs of Administration of the municipal area Kirgiz-Miyaki district RB);
"A state and archiving development in the municipal area Kirgiz-Miyaki district RB. Results of realization of the main actions for archiving development in 2016" (the speaker: Miniakhmetova Guzel – the chief of archival department of Administration of the municipal district Miyaki of the Republic of Bashkortostan).
