the Head of the region held a working meeting with the president of the French investment company Thomas Vendome Investment Tamara Zhan-Pyer who submitted investment projects of the partners from the French company Dark to Green Partners and the Austrian-German Timber %26 Equipment - Latschbacher group, is told in the message.
So, Dark to Green Partners suggests to organize to Irkutsk region production of a new type of biofuel from sawmilling waste - torrefitsirovanny, or black pellet. Unlike usual pellet they have big and a smaller ash-content.
