INTERFAX-SOUTH - the Authorities Republic of Adygea suggested producers of cheeses to create association for advance and protection against illegal use of a brand "cheese Adygei", the correspondent of Interfax South agency from meeting transfers in the house of Government respubliki.
"The republic holds some years festivals of the Adygei cheese, achieved recognition of an exclusive right on brand use, is idea and other actions, however it is necessary to concentrate efforts and to make work of more system. We consider that creation of association of producers and processors milks can promote the solution of many tasks, including strengthening of image of regional production. The union devoted to uniform branch, will help to lobby actively the interests", - the Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Sapiev Vyacheslav told.
Is offered to be included in association of representatives of the interested departments and scientific community. The association also could help with formation of price policy, with installation of uniform technical regulations and more accurate control qualities.
the Ancient recipe of the Adygei cheese belongs to the Adyghe people. Industrial production began in 1968 at Shovgenovsky dairy plant. Today Federal Service for Intellectual Property left the right for production "Cheese Adygei" only behind five enterprises of the republic. A number of the Russian producers tried to challenge the decision in Intellectual Property Rights Court, however the rights left for producers Republic of Adygea. According to the Minister of Agriculture Republic of Adygea Petrov Youri, in Republic of Adygea cheese is with guarantee made with observance of all of technologies, without use of substitutes of milk and artificial additives, from the raw materials made in this natural zone.
by data Ministry Selskoye farms Republic of Adygea, in 2016 milk plants in Republic of Adygea made 11,5 thousand tons of cheese. The enterprises shipped dairy products on 5,3 billion rubles. The share dairy branches in volume of productions food and processing industry of the region makes 20,5%.
