the Prosecutor's office brought representations to chapters Tavricheskoe district and Nazyvayevsk district Omsk region in connection with untimely introduction in the territory of a particular fire-prevention treatment.
toAs it was established during checks, as of May 2 in Tavricheskoe district and Nazyvayevsk district Omsk region occurred more than 130 ignitions, over 10 forest fires that testified to considerable deterioration of fire safety in comparison with the similar period of last year.
– thus, according to information of bodies Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters, with establishment of the 3rd class of fire danger in the woods, approach of dry, hot and windy weather, increase of activity of citizens and the organizations for burning of garbage and the remains of last year's vegetation in the territory of these areas is predicted growth of quantity of natural and technogenic fires, – reminded in prosecutor's office. – By the federal law "About fire safety" it is provided that in case of increase of fire danger by the decision of local governments in the respective territories the particular fire-prevention treatment can be established.
At the same time chapter Tavricheskoe district Postovoy Youri and his colleague from Nazyvayevsk district Staptsov Nicholas in due time did not enter a particular fire-prevention treatment that formed the basis for introduction by prosecutors in their address of representations. The situation is on control at bodies of prosecutor's office.
