NASA showed the image of a new tropical cyclone

the Tropical cyclone Ella was formed by

, about 14,9 degrees of southern latitude and 173,6 degrees of the western longitude. Ella had maximum steady winds about 45 knots (83 km/h) and, as expected, is not reached hurricane force. Ella moved on the northwest with a speed of 2 knots (3,7 km/h).

the Joint center of the prevention of typhoons noted that environment promotes development with warm temperatures of a surface of the sea and low vertical shift of a wind. However, as Tropical Cyclonic Donna is located in the West, her outflow interferes with Ella's own outflow. The tropical cyclone needs air outflow from the top part of system for durability or strengthening maintenance.
