The official representative The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova declared RBC that foreign policy department did not receive the letter from Foreign Ministers of five countries EU concerning a situation with the rights of gays in Chechen Republic. Maria Zakharova declared that the message on it is the next information campaign and show.
"We saw only a public statement in retelling of mass media, the letter did not receive", – told Maria Zakharova.
