According to the investigators, the man, using the personal computer, downloaded on a hard disk materials with the pornographic image of minors, including the video file lasting 2 minutes with participation of the girl who has not reached fourteen-year age, which. In March, 2016 the accused distributed the video file among users of one of programs. This fact was elicited by police officers. Video is recognized as the pornographic.
According to conclusions of the carried out psikhologo-seksologo-psychiatric expertize at the accused revealed frustration of sexual preference in the form of the pedophilia, not excluding his sanity.
