Results and prospects of formation of revenues the consolidated regional budgets became the main subject of a working meeting of the governor Marina Kovtun with the head of Department of the federal tax service on Murmansk region Savchenko Oksana.
"Department of the federal tax service on Murmansk region provides stable formation of revenues budgets the region. It allows us to fulfill in due time social obligations, to realize state programs. Results of 2016 showed that in the consolidated budget Murmansk region arrived 60,5 billion rubles of taxes and the collecting administered by Federal Tax Service. It for 14% or for 7,4 billion rubles above level of 2015", – was noted by Marina Kovtun. as a whole in 2016 tax authorities Murmansk region managed to provide
significant growth in tax revenues in all levels of the budget, Savchenko Oksana reported. The volume of receipts in the consolidated budget Russian Federation grew in 2016 by 26% and made 79,3 billion rubles. In the territory of area there were 76% of collected taxes.
"If to speak about structure of the income, the main dokhodoobrazuyushchy tax for the region is a tax on the income of natural persons. It makes 46% of the total amount of receipts. 37% tax on profit of the organizations and 9% gives property taxes", – Savchenko Oksana noted.
B 2016 budgets and areas, and municipalities were repeatedly specified towards increase. Following the results of last year the specified consolidated budget areas on taxes, administered by tax authorities, is executed for 104,5%. As Savchenko Oksana emphasized, this trend remains and in 2017. So, for January-February, 2017 in the consolidated budget Russian Federation arrived more than 7,7 billion rubles. that is 19,6% higher than receipts of the corresponding period of 2016. In the consolidated budget Murmansk region arrived 5,9 billion rubles that is 27,5% higher than level of last year.
"One of the main tasks facing tax authorities of area the current year to provide parameters of budgets of all levels, and also budgets of the state off-budget funds which since January 1, 2017 entered our zone of responsibility", – Savchenko Oksana told.
Considering that the main tax for replenishment regional budgets is tax on the income of natural persons (personal income tax), tax authorities of area on a constant basis carry out a lot of work, including in interaction with bodies of prosecutor's offices and administrations of municipalities, on identification of the tax agents who are irregularly transferring to the personal income tax. After all held events in 2016 in budget the personal income tax in the sum more than 337 million rubles arrived.
Also Savchenko Oksana noted improvement of quality, efficiency and availability of state services, provided to taxpayers.
