of Pierce-Arrow Twelve (1938) . The legendary American company was founded as Heinz, Pierce %26 Munschauer in 1865 and did various interior things, in particular, became famous for the magnificent bird's cages. In 1896 the Pierce company added bicycles in production scale, and in the 1901st made the first car. To the 1920th company held a firm place in the market of luxury cars, but in the 1930th with the Great depression demand for cars sharply fell. Even legendary futuristic Pierce Silver Arrow of 1933 did not save situation. In 1938 the company was declared by the bankrupt. The last Pierce-Arrow was built from the rests in October — after liquidation of the company. It was Pierce-Arrow Twelve sedan. Pierce-Arrow was the only company making cars of the class "luxury" and not made in the Depression attempts to earn money on more mass models. Simca-Talbot Solara (1980) . Simca is deciphered as Société Industrielle de Mécanique et Carrosserie Automobile, "Industrial society of automobile mechanics and body production". The company was founded to France as assembly branch of the Italian Fiat in 1934, but over time came to level of own models. Subsequently Fiat were sold by a brand of Simca Ford Motor Co., and that in turn — Chysler. But in 1977 the European office of Chrysler was liquidated, and the remains of Simca plant passed to Peugeot. The Simca-Talbot Solara model which has been let out in 1980 was the last car of a brand. By the end of the year the brand was liquidated, and the model began to be called as Talbot Solara.

of Matra M72 (2000) . The French company Matra (Mécanique Aviation TRAction) was founded in 1937 and worked in the sphere of aircraft and telecommunications prior to the beginning of the 1960th. In the 1964th company bought the small automobile brand of Automobiles René Bonnet based for few years before, and promptly entered the automobile market. Especially it was noticeable in an auto racing — already in the 1969th Matra cars won Formula One World Cup. But then the company was focused on space branch, and already in 1980-serial production of own cars came to the end. Till 2003 the company sometimes represented prototypes, and also serially collected models of Renault, in particular — Renault Avantime. The prototype of Matra M72 presented in 2000 was the last car bearing the name Matra. With it it was planned to occupy car assembly capacities of the company when in the 2003rd the contract from Renault will end. But it did not develop. Today the Matra company exists, but makes only electrobicycles .

LUAZ-1301 "Pickup" (2003) . Open joint-stock company "Lutsky automobile factory" was founded in 1951 as repair, in the 1959th was renamed into machine-building (LUMZ) and built cargo bodies on the chassis of other plants. In the 1967th at plant organized production of ZAZ-969V SUVs which received the name LUAZ-969 — the plant already was automobile, instead of machine-building. This model and its various modifications and remained the main production of plant up to 2001. The second generation which was issued from 1990 to 2001, was called as LUAZ-1302. In 2002 — 2003 years the plant tried to resume production, showing various versions on the basis of the 1302nd. LUAZ-1301 "Pickup" became the last such attempt. In the 2006th enterprise it was redeemed by Corporation "Bogdan" and today is engaged in assembly of buses and trolleybuses.

of Mercury Milan (2011) . The brand of Mercury was created in 1938 by Edsel Ford as the office of Ford on production of models by a class is slightly higher than an average, but after all the yet elite. Under a corporation wing the brand not bad existed up to the 2000th years and even generated subbrands like Merkur, but on July 2, 2010 was declared brand elimination because of low sales.
