On Tuesday about it at the press conference devoted to results of work of FSSP for 2016, the chief bailiff declared to p Krasnodar territory Kumirov Alexander.
Also during a press conference the head of service told p to div, how many people past year was moved by police officers from apartments on decision of the courts, how many at Kuban works collection agencies and as their activity and also why debts of citizens to various departments grow is regulated.
- In comparison with 2015 the number of debtors in Kuban grew almost by 60 percent and reached 63 thousand people, - Kumirov Alexander told. - One of the reasons of it is increase in the penalties which have been written out by traffic police. Now everywhere in the large cities there are the video cameras fixing administrative offenses, and to us very large number of the court orders connected with any collecting penalties arrives. Also the quantity of debts to banks on various credits and loans increased. In comparison with 2014 and 2015 the number of debtors grew by five-six times.
according to the chief bailiff Krasnodar territory, in 2016 the staff of service according to decision of the courts moved more than one thousand people from apartments. The reasons when people were moved from housing, in each case were different, including because of failure to pay the credits upon real estate purchase in a mortgage, illegal use of living space and so on.
At the same time Kumirov Alexander paid attention that since January 1, 2017 into Russian Federation law "About Collectors" came into force. According to it the companies which are engaged in this kind of activity, have to be registered by service of bailiffs.
- At present in Krasnodar territory there is no officially working collection agency, - Kumirov Alexander told. - However to only Russian Federation 60 such organizations are registered, and they can have branches in Kuban including. In this case it is authorized to them to work at the region territory.
