Berezovsky's Prosecutor's office of the Berezovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory through court obliged administration of the settlement of Beryozovka to find management company for one of multiroom houses. The matter is that this house does not appear on balance at local administration, however, as well as at any department. It has no UK some years. That is all this time nobody serves the house though in it there live people. As explained in prosecutor's office, some years in the house are not spent in general any works on its contents. Earlier the prosecutor's office already sent the requirement to the head of settlement administration - to eliminate violation of the housing legislation and to transfer the house under management of any organization. But it did not occur. Therefore the prosecutor also appealed with the claim to court. The statement was satisfied: by a court decision the administration of the settlement has to hold open competition on management company selection.
As note in the prosecutor's office, similar situations with houses are revealed also in the Esaulsky and Magansky Village Councils. The decision on them will be made also by court.
