Meredov Bazarbay left from a position of the vice-chairman of the state association "Turkmenatlara" for some months before Kyarizov was appointed to a post of the chairman of this department (it is equated to a post of the minister).

"To me repeatedly had to face Kyarizov on work. On one of Geldi's such meetings, meaning my disinterestedness and honesty on a high post, told that "if you further in the same spirit will go, having listened openmouthed, never will grow rich", – the former colleague emphasized it.

According to him, all people knowing Kyarizov perfectly understood that the love everywhere expressed to them to horses is only cover for personal enrichment. At present any attempts of officials on illegal enrichment in this sphere are strictly stopped. As it was reported earlier, the national horse breeder of the republic Meredov Bazarbay is a native etrapa Gubadag Province of Dasoguz. In 1967 he got an education of the livestock specialist in the Turkmen agricultural higher education institution, worked at many responsible positions, defended the doctoral dissertation. At present he is professor of chair of animal husbandry of the Turkmen state agricultural university. Now he is 77 years old, but, despite old age, Meredov Bazarbay continues to impart the knowledge to young generation of the Turkmen horse breeders at native university.
