the Libyan government of a national consent (GNC) criticized the migratory decree of President of the United States of America Donald Trump, temporarily forbidding entrance on the territory of United States of America to citizens Lybia and six more countries, reported information agency "Reuters".
the Foreign Minister of the Libyan PNS Mohammed Siyala called the decree "the unfair decision" which needs to be reconsidered. "These actions represent racial discrimination and discrimination on the basis of religion and are incompatible with human rights" — he told on air of local TV channel.
the Parliament Lybia in the east of the country yet did not make the official statement about it. However the member of parliament Yusef al-Fakhiri noted that this measure "is unacceptable" even in spite of the fact that at Lybia there are problems with safety and a political system.
As the agency, the decree marks out Donald Trump threatens participation of Libyans in the conference appointed to February 16 "the Relations Lybia and United States of America 2017: New vision, hope and opportunities" in Washington D.C.. On conference from the Libyan party there have to arrive two former prime ministers of the country and the head of National oil corporation Lybia (NOC). "Certainly, we are concerned by risk of a denial of entry (to United States of America) to our several key speakers and participants from the Libyan party" — the head of National council of the American-Libyan relations declared. He added that council works with the American authorities over this question. The representative of PNS reported that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will send a request in State department of the United States of America that the Libyan participants of conference let in United States of America.
Earlier Donald Trump signed the decree "About Protection of the Countries against Entrance of Foreign Terrorists" which forbids entry into United States of America for 90 days to all citizens of seven countries (Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Lybia, Syrie, Somali and Sudan), and also stops reception of any refugees for 120 days and forbids for an indefinite term reception of refugees from Syrie. The president explained this decision with protection of Americans against terrorist threat.
