New system is introduced within the state contract with use of existing own and rented communication channels. The system is built on the equipment Cisco Systems, Inc., and its work relies on the MPLS technology.

System is designed with high degree of reliability and resistance to refusals: at failure of communication lines, devices or the whole knots the system keeps working capacity, continuing to transfer regularly packages of data due to automatic switching to reserve canals. The functionality of a network gives ample opportunities for optimization and traffic control, providing certain conditions (reservation of channels, distribution of loading of a network, balancing and prevention of overloads) for increase of efficiency of its use.
