As the joint press service (JPS) of courts of law reports to br Nizhny Novgorod region, in Navashinsky raion district court Nizhny Novgorod oblast the administration of the city district Navashinsky with the statement of claim in which asks to recognize the structure built by the respondent unauthorized construction addressed and to oblige it to demolish an unauthorized structure.

In justification of the declared requirements the claimant specifies that since 2015 in of Kornilovk around a sacred source the respondent self-willedally without paperwork, on the municipal earth built a capital structure - a wooden chapel. The land plot was not provided to the citizen and construction licenses was not given.

On this fact from inhabitants of of Kornilovk who chapels against construction and are expensive to a spring, complaints in administration of the city district Navashinsky, prosecutor's office and Device government Nizhny Novgorod region arrived. To the citizen the letter in which he was offered to make demolition of object illegally under construction in due time was sent.
