High-profile case about Karina's murder sent to regional court

Regional court of Novosibirsk will consider the appeal on high-profile criminal case about 16-year-old Karina Z. murder case papers and the made complaints are already sent to the second instance, date of consideration of the case is not appointed yet. Let's remind, the 17-year-old teenager in October of last year found guilty of especially cruel murder of the contemporary.

About it reported on January 18 in Pervomaisk regional court. On October 31 the judge Gromov Gennady found the 17-year-old person involved in business guilty of "the murder committed with special cruelty" , having sentenced him to nine years of imprisonment. It is almost maximum term which threatened the teenager under this article, and one half a year less, than demanded for it charge.
