Regional court of Nizhny Novgorod appointed commission judicial examination within consideration of the case on the administrative claim of the regional prosecutor's office challenging establishment of marketing extra charges of PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "TNS ENERGO NN" for 2016. Thus, the court satisfied the petition of the guaranteeing supplier of the electric power and assigned to it expenses on carrying out examination, the correspondent of Russian information agency "FederalPress", being present at court reports.
Carrying out examination the court charged p to INDEPENDENT NONCOMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION "TSMOK" (Moscow). The term of carrying out examination and granting in court of the expert opinion – no later than 30 working days from the moment of obtaining case papers. On receiving results of examination the proceeding is suspended.
Within trial representatives of PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "TNS ENERGO NN" already declared to p the petition for purpose of judicial examination, but for the first time its satisfaction was refused.
