If to speak seriously, regional drama theater – the big building difficult for suppression, at emergence of a real fire in it a large number of people can suffer. Besides, the building of theater has for Kaliningrad historical value. For this reason all actions of field and special services fulfilled on doctrines were most approached to a real situation. 
According to a legend, ignition happened during installation of scenery to the performance "Maugli". Fire immediately extended on a scene, the smoke began to fill rooms. At this time in theater were allegedly about one hundred people: working scenes, service personnel and actors. "Smoke" and "ignition" was organized by employees of theater by means of special effects. Powerful streams of a scenic smoke flooded the auditorium, and fire was represented skreshcheniy crimson beams of spotlights. Four employees of theater - the members of a local voluntary fire brigade who were on duty on a fire post, went to a fireplug to try to start by own efforts fire suppression, but on the way, allegedly, poisoned with products burning.
On a course of doctrines organized evacuation of the conditionally injured. As a result of investigation around a scene firefighters found victims - one of them with a fracture of the leg, another – with the burns which have been naturally represented by means of a theatrical make-up. Whether it is necessary to say that the real actors who have professionally represented all tragic element of a conditional situation were "victims".
On protection and cooling of a roof was given the cranked elevator, and the autoladder for situation investigation is involved. With the same purpose Air UAVs was started. Rescuers PSO MCHS PO KO and municipal search and rescue service took part in evacuation of victims by means of a stretcher. On a place point of collecting and verification of the evacuated was organized. In total more than hundred people, 6 of them conditionally victims - actors and members of a voluntary fire brigade of theater were brought from the building.
From Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters in doctrines involved 10 pieces of equipment and more than 50 people of staff. Active actions on elimination of a conditional fire occupied a little more than half an hour.
Summing up the results of doctrines, the chief of Head department Head department ministry Russian Federation on affairs Grazhdansky defenses, to emergency situations and natural disaster response on Kaliningrad region the major general of internal service Biryukov Aleksey, admitted that in reality such serious fire at theater is hardly possible. After all on the eve of New Year's holidays inspectors of the State Fire Safety Service for hundred percent checked a condition of all systems of ensuring fire safety theater, and it is possible to tell with confidence that the staff of this institution will make everything not to allow a fire, or to stop it right at the beginning. Nevertheless, such trainings are useful, both to the staff of this institution, and for representatives of fire protection and other emergency services because they are directed on joint operations training in case of an emergency situation. This time all worked "perfectly well".
