on December 12, 2016 in one of the most important state holidays Russian Federation – The constitution day on enlarged meeting of administration of the Novoselitsky municipal area with heads of municipalities of rural settlements, deputies, chiefs of departments and administration managements, heads of services and divisions of the area Yakovlev Alexander – the head of municipal budgetary authority of the Novoselitsky municipal area "Youth center" and Kovalenko Helena – the chief specialist of department of social problems of Administration of the municipal district Novoselitsk of the Stavropol Territory held with participants meetings brain ring devoted to Day of Constitution of the Russian Federation. Participants of meeting were divided into 2 teams and with great pleasure answered questions, and also sang the anthem Russian Federation.
