As daily business newspaper "RBK daily" became known, the richest Russian businessman Leonid Mikhelson sells about 9% "Sibur" to the Chinese Fund of the Silk way — the amount of transaction could exceed $1,2 billion. About another 1% were sold by present and former top managers of companies, including Dimitri Konov and Alexander Dyukov the Chinese Fund of the Silk way (Silk Road Fund) on Wednesday, December 14, signed "final documents" transactions on purchase 10% of the largest in Russian Federation Limited liability company "Sibur" with its shareholders, the Russian company reported.
