we Will note p, in 2006 "Rostat" concluded the agreement on nuclear power plant construction in 2006. However in 2012 Bulgaria made decisions to refuse station construction. By then the first set of the equipment for "Henbane" was already made and the reactor for the nuclear power plant is built. State corporation "Rosatom" made to NEK the judicial claim on 1 billion euro.
In June of this year the arbitration court made the decision in favor of State corporation "Rosatom" in dispute with NEK. The Bulgarian company obliged to compensate damage. Payment till December 15 allowed NEK not to list to the Russian company a penalty.
