To Sverdlovsk region the term of connection to power supply networks is reduced

at the request of the governor with welcome speech the first deputy head of the region Orlov Aleksey.

He emphasized that the main events held in recent years within a road map "Increase of availability of power infrastructure", yielded rather convincing results. So, procedure of submission of demands is significantly simplified, the quantity of stages and cost of connection to power supply networks is reduced. In recent years connection terms, on the average, decreased by one and a half times, and cost for preferential categories of applicants - twice.

B 2016 to Sverdlovsk region the term of connection to networks of power supply was reduced by p by 13 days - on the average till 105 days, and the area has reserves for decrease and optimization of terms.

"For this purpose, considering that participants of process of connection of objects to power supply networks are local governments and the network organizations, the standard project of the agreement on interaction concerning increase of availability of technological accession to electric networks between the municipality located in the territory Sverdlovsk region, and the electric grid company which is carrying out activity in the territory of municipality is developed. Now the draft agreement is sent for signing to municipalities and the network organizations which are carrying out activity in their territory", - Orlov Aleksey explained.

Separately it noted need widely to use mechanisms of state-private partnership at implementation of in the power industry sphere. Experience of such work on Central Ural Mountains already is - with concession application in the territory of the city district Verkhnyaya Pyshma is realized the project providing creation and reconstruction of property of the electrosupplying complex, service on transfer, electric power distribution for all categories of citizens and the organizations.

"Sverdlovsk region is one of initiative regions where the investment climate for businessmen is really not indifferent. Therefore also "Rosset" supports these initiatives, at us also on the good account Open joint-stock company "Interregional grid distribution company Urala" regarding technical accession. Participants of a forum also designated a number of the problem questions which decision demands system approach and complex work of all participants. In particular, it is a question of granting the land plots under building of electronetwork objects and existence of schemes of territorial planning of regions, lack of corridors for passing of aerial cable lines.

Semerikov Sergei, the deputy director general of the Rosseti company PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ROSSETI" which became the partner of the project, noted that Sverdlovsk region historically is famous for the engineering school and for many years is a smithy of shots for power. "We are interested in developing and without that rather strong personnel capacity of Ural. We plan to place emphasis on power school", - he told.
