Belarus and Sweden realize the new project on improvement of management by land resources

Start is given to the Belarusian-Swedish project "Improvement of a Control System by Land Resources and City Development in Belarus with Use of Modern Methods and Technologies" today at the international conference "Mass Formation and Mass Assessment of Real Estate" which takes place in Minsk on December 8-9, the correspondent reports Belarusian cable agency "Belta".

One more important aspect - professional development of specialists of the ministries and departments who participate in the project", - was noted country by the project manager Miroslav Kobasa.

It reminded that in the current year to Belarus the pilot project "Mass Formation and Cadastral Assessment of Real Estate in the Territory of the Kobrinsky Area Brest Voblast and Sovetsky rayon Minsk" is carried out. Results will be presented at conference.

In turn the ambassador Sweden to Belarus Martin Oberg noted that cooperation of two countries in the field of management of land resources proceeds 18 years." It began while Belarus the qualified help in inventory area was necessary. And National administration Sweden on cartography, the inventory and land registration in common with the Swedish international development and cooperation agency came to the country to give such help", - he told. A lot of work on formation is carried out to Belarus cadastral agencies, to professional development of the Belarusian experts, legislation improvement." It is an example of how it is possible to combine successfully efforts of the Swedish experts on the one hand and the Belarusian public organization "Land reform" and the state ministries and departments Belarus - with another", - Martin Oberg told.

It emphasized that on registration of property Belarus took the fifth place in a rating of World Bank Doing Business 2017, having overtaken many European countries, including Sweden. Martin Oberg hoped that further cooperation of two countries will be even more fruitful.
