For vagrancy one minor is detained. Three from among delivered appeared in search, three more after check were involved in commission of crimes. 50 bums brought to administrative responsibility for various offenses.
Since the beginning of 2016 is solved 130 crimes committed by persons without a certain residence, including 25 heavy and especially heavy, 4 murders, 4 intended causings heavy harm to health, 6 assaults, 10 robberies, 83 thefts. At commission of crimes police officers detained 156 persons without a certain residence.
according to the deputy minister Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Udmurt Republic Maltsev Oleg, one of the main problems is connected with shortage of the social establishments representing free social services to this group of citizens. Now in the republic only three half-way houses with a capacity of 120 places – in Izhevsk, Votkinsk and Glazov work. In 2016 143 persons there received the help, however for Udmurt Republic it is not enough of it.
Are necessary doss houses in which the homeless can spend the night and receive medical care. In it active support of the government and municipal bodies is necessary. Creation of similar establishments in other municipalities will help to reduce criminal activity from the homeless. we Will remind
