To raise professional level of specialists of HR department and to popularize a profession in the sphere of personnel office-work among youth Ministry science and education Kaluga region together with State Budgetary Institution CO "Regional youth center", with support of Zemlya-SERVIS Group of companies, with assistance of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection Kaluga region and State Labour Inspectorate of the Kaluga region held regional competition of professional skill among young specialists in the sphere of personnel office-work "The personnel officer of year 2016".
on December 2, 2016 in the House of the government there passed a final stage of the regional competition "Personnel Officer of Year 2016". 47 representatives of HR departments of the industrial enterprises were invited to an internal stage, the organizations and the budgetary institutions Kaluga and areas. Previously all participants passed the correspondence stage of competition in which performed a test task for knowledge of personnel office-work. Before competition names of 18 finalists of the competition, gathered the maximum number of points which continued fight were sounded.
the First final task of the competition "Glossary" included the list of questions on scope of personnel production. By results of the first task 10 people passed in the superfinal were defined. In it finalists within 10 minutes should - correct decisive test errors in the offered announcements. And at this time in a hall, it was offered to participants of the final to show the knowledge in the field of the labor code and regulations at the solution of the offered cases.
