UOBO , 26.11.16 (information agency "Teleinform"), - the Ust-Orda national library of a name of Hangalov celebrated 70-year anniversary. The regpravitelstvo press service reports about it.
As were noted by the head of the district of Ivanova Marina , in recent years the fund of literature of the UOBO national library constantly replenishes at the expense of means of the regional budget within implementation of the departmental target program "Library Study of Local Lore — a Basis of Preservation and Development of National Culture". Thanks to the program the fund is grown stout on 1,3 thousand copies of books on history, ethnography, folklore, linguistics, fiction in the Buryat language.
the Director of Ust-Orda national library Spiridonova Natalia reported that the general fund of establishment makes 83 thousand book copies. The part of books was published in 18 and 19 eyelids. Since 2013 catalogs are transferred to an electronic format.
Also the head of establishment noted that the Ust-Orda national library is the methodical center for questions of national literature, holds district competitions, seminars for the staff of 135 municipal libraries located in the territory of UOBO and other libraries Irkutsk region where compactly lives the Buryat population. One of the directions of National library is publishing – calendars, bibliographic indexes, collections of publications of local mass media, photo albums are issued.
– the agenda of the next meeting of Council for affairs of Ust-Orda Buryat Autonomous Area included a question of creation of conditions for OGBUK activity "Ust-Orda national library of a name of M. N. Hangalov". Questions of strengthening of material base of establishment will be considered, – emphasized Ivanova Marina.
