Yakutsk, on November 11, RIA "FederalPress". (State Assembly (Il Tumen) of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic) Sakha (Yakutia) Republic passed the round table devoted to creation of the mechanism of availability of well-planned housing in northern and Arctic areas of the republic in State Assembly. It was headed by the chairman of standing committee Tumen's State Assembly (Il Tumen) of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic concerning KMNS and to affairs Golomareva Helena. It is known that State Assembly (Il Tumen) of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic the 5th convocation, under the direction of Zhirkova Alexander, one of the priorities sets a task of improvement of quality of life of residents of Yakutsk, including ensuring improvement of housing in northern and Arctic areas Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.
Speed of construction of housing grows in northern and Arctic areas already now, Elena Golomareva noted Golomareva Helena reminded that to Sakha (Yakutia) Republic the "Providing with Qualitative Housing for 2012-2019" program works. In particular, in the current year the budget allocated to northern and Arctic uluses of 70,6 million rubles for arrangement of zones IZhS and a compensation for expenses on transportation of building materials. Money went, in particular, to Anabarsky, Verkhoyansk, Momsky, Oleneksky and Srednekolymsky uluses.
the Subprogramme "Construction of housing stock of social use" last year allowed to enter houses in the settlement Chokurdakh, the villages of Zhigansk and Olenyok apartments in which are leased under contracts of social hiring. However, this year of money for its realization it is not allocated. According to the subprogramme "Provision of housing for young families" of 65 such families from northern and Arctic uluses received in total 27,6 million rubles on acquisition or housing construction. Nearly 72,3 million are put on implementation of the subprogramme "Provision of housing for pedagogical and medical employees of rural institutions of the Arctic and northern uluses".
the Minister of housing and communal services and power Sakha (Yakutia) Republic Levin Gavril reported that by the beginning of this year of 24,5% of housing in discussed areas was provided with all types of improvement. This year to a central heating connected 143 houses, in the previous three years – 1011. Address support helped to arrange well houses in villages Siktyakh ulus Bulunsky , Hara-Tumul and Bereg-Yurdya ulus Oymyakonsky. From this year the program of "Almazergienbank" for preferential crediting works: interest rate – 7,5% at the maximum sum of the credit in 150 thousand rubles. The minister complained that inhabitants of northern and Arctic uluses while take such credits only in isolated cases.

Parakhin Gavril called a preferential credit rate excessive for their inhabitants, having supported introduction of any mechanism of interest-free loans.
of the Deputy minister of economy Savvinov Daniila reported that in strategy of social and economic development Sakha (Yakutia) Republic till 2030 need of improvement of housing will be considered. It will demand change of state programs. The head national Evenkiysky district Ivanov Alexander suggested to give out interest-free loans on improvement of already existing housing, and also a subsidy for delivery of bathroom equipment, pipes and other materials.
