Bolt Useyn and Farah apply for a rank of the best athlete of year

the Official site of the International association of track and field athletics federations announced the list of applicants for a rank of athletes of year. In particular, applicants for a prestigious award are the ninefold Olympic champion the Jamaican sprinter Bolt Useyn and the quadruple Olympic champion the British runner Mo Farah .

Upon termination of vote on November 1 IAAF declares the three of finalists at men and women. Winners will be called on December 2.
