On Tuesday in a conference room of the Anadyr administration the XV reporting conference AKMNCH took place on which the results of work of the organization for time which has passed from the moment of the previous conference were summed up, and also plans for year future are sounded.

In the agenda of conference appeared strong reports of Presidium and the Association Sanhedrim, and also its branches on work from March 15, 2015 till October 3, 2016, the financial report for 2015, the approval of the financial plan. Also priority activities were considered and recommendations for "round tables", carried out within the XV next annual reporting conference of Association are made. of
the President of Association Otke Anna, summing up the work results in one and a half years, noted that past tense is noted by a large number of various projects concerning the most different areas from life of indigenous people.
– Besides, that was remembered 2015 to us by a large number of the realized social projects, it also became decisive in ensuring our rights for traditional fishery, – she told. – For this reason last year one of the first committees created at Presidium, was the committee for fisheries which the expert opinions helped and helps with the solution of questions of such difficult sphere as traditional fishery. We felt result already in a course Putin this year: following the results of disputes, debate, nesoglasiya, we managed to find the general common ground with the experts entering into committee. Now we find opportunities to agree with the industrial companies. For example, this year for the first time in the history the Association signed the contract on sharing of a fishing site with Chukotrybpromkhoz. We hope that such practice will be continued and further. As the population grows, we will achieve observance of the rights of aboriginals on traditional fishery.

For example, School of the young leader which is conducted by Association since 2012 with support of LLC "Severnoe zoloto" – the companies developing a zolotoserebryany field Double. This year the fifth season of implementation of the project begins already. Today the program of School is expanded and transformed to the youth forum operating within conference. Not so long ago the project "School of the Young Leader" started working in the city district Egvekinot. By words Otke Anna, earlier this municipality were some kind of "a Terra incognito".

This is the woman with tremendous experiment on development of the Chukchi language, – Otke Anna told. – By the way, the Association has big plans for the line of a development of education. For example, there is an idea to create a series of movies of professional orientation subject and to send them to villages that our children could learn, what professions are demanded and where to get the corresponding education.
SWIFT-FOOTED SUCCESS "ARAK'ORA"
– the Second year we continue one more interesting project. It is directed on support of northern reindeer breeding, – Otke Anna continued. – I speak about fair festival of reindeer breeders "Erak'or" (in translation from Chukchi – "a swift-footed deer". – Editor's note) . We managed to bring together reindeer breeders from different areas on fair for the first time almost in 30 years. Now we count that "Erak'or" becomes the region card. It is pleasant that in fact it is result of initiatives of reindeer breeders, in particular – Petrovich Sergei Tnanykvata. This year within fair it was succeeded to organize an expanded trade exchange between participants as we invited morzveroboyev from Lorino. Races on cervine teams in which the second year in a row amguemets became winners became the highlight of the program. It pushed us to thought to carry out following "Erak'or" in this village.

The chief of a regional central board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kandan Ayas showed an initiative to include a number of the moments concerning training in this agreement. So, by agreement, annually our five fellow countrymen will go on training to the best higher education institutions of system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the country, and after the end of training, having received a profession, will be able to work at the native earth.
– For us it is important with whom we work. Any action could not happen without support of our colleagues in villages and branches. We together hold events, we think that we can make, we put forward a number of ideas, we develop projects and we look at our future work, – Otke Anna summed up. – One of important events for which all of us will prepare together during the forthcoming period, participation in congress of indigenous people Russian Federation is. It will pass in the first quarter of next year in Moscow. We should elect delegates and to defend interests radical at such high level.
