Creation of consumer cooperatives in the territory Irkutsk region intensified actions for purchase of the agricultural production made in the private sector. The Minister of Agriculture reported Irkutsk region Sumarokov Ilya at the interregional scientific and practical conference "Agricultural Cooperation — a Necessary Condition of Stable Developments Domestic Agriculture". According to the head of department, today in area it is registered 152 agricultural consumer cooperatives, including 36 processing, 96 supplying and marketing, 4 credit and 16 other. From them milks and meat at the population of 64 agricultural consumer cooperatives created with participation of country (farmer) and personal subsidiary farms carry out activities for purchase.

As were emphasized in the report of the deputy minister by Kirilenko Alexander, in 2015 agricultural consumer cooperatives bought from the population of area of 24,4 thousand tons milks (113% to level of 2014) and 2,5 thousand tons of meat in the lethal weight (133%). Let's remind, in May, 2016 according to the order of the Governor Irkutsk region are increased rates of subsidies for purchase milks and meat. Subsidies are provided to agricultural consumer cooperatives on condition of purchase milks at the price not below 16 rubles for 1 liter at the citizens conducting personal subsidiary farm at whom cows are considered in pokhozyaystvenny books. The subsidy rate since May 1, 2016 makes 5 rubles for 1 liter the bought milks the highest, 1 and 2 grades and 4 rubles for milk which rating is not established. The rate of subsidies for purchase of meat makes 20 rubles for 1 kg of the bought meat in lethal weight on condition of implementation of purchase of meat in personal subsidiary farms of the population at the price not below 180 rubles for 1 kg.
as a whole for support of activity of consumer cooperatives in budget areas in 2016 are provided byof means in the form of subsidies for compensation of part of expenses – on purchase milks and meat in personal subsidiary farms of 114 million rubles.
For stimulation of activity of agricultural consumer cooperatives and creation of conditions for modernization and expansion of production base of agricultural consumer cooperatives within Gosprogramma accepted the subprogramme "Development agricultural cooperation for 2015-2017 and for the period till 2020".
- In 2016 held competitive events and grants in the form of subsidies from 6 to 15 million rubles everyone on building of objects on slaughter and processing of agricultural animals are presented to five consumer cooperatives.
