Moscow, on October 4, 2016 are discussed. – The agenda of the 46th session of the Mixed Russian-Norwegian commission on fishery (SRNK) and other topical issues representing joint interest, cochairmen of SRNK the deputy minister of agriculture discussed Russian Federation – the head Federal Agency for Fishery Shestakov Ilya and the constant deputy minister of fishery of the Ministry of the industry and fishery Norway Arne Reksund at a meeting which took place in Moscow on October 3.

"Certainly, for last intersession period of the party carried out considerable work on implementation of arrangements of the 45th session of the Commission. In return, we attach great value to continuation of consideration of the problem points connected with emissions of fish, for creation of transparent conditions for implementation of trade of joint stocks both Russian, and the Norwegian fishermen. Also it would be desirable to note a constructive approach of the Norwegian party to the solution of the questions connected with conducting trade of joint stocks by the Russian courts in an economic zone Norway", – Shestakov Ilya told.

So, the parties exchanged opinions on possible volumes of the general admissible ulovov (GAU) and regulations of production of a cod, a haddock, the capelin, a pollack and other types of water bioresources in the Barents and Norwegian seas, in particular the Russian side presented suggestions for improvement of measures technical regulations, directed on decrease in admissible level prilova a sinekory halibut.

Separately discussed a question of trade of a crab-striguna opilio in the Barents Sea in connection with change of regulations of operation of its stocks. So, after completion of procedures on fixing of the rights in the Barents Sea trade of sedentary types of water bioresources in this zone passed Russian Federation the Russian legislation. Earlier trade of deep-water crabs in this area was regulated within the Commission on fishery in northeast part of the Atlantic Ocean (NEAFK).<"19>" by

At a meeting also will raise the control question trade of joint Russian-Norwegian stocks by courts of the third countries, positions on the resolved tools of fishing and to rules of unloading ulovov in ports are coordinated.

Besides, the Norwegian party noted the importance of carrying out joint sea research expeditions – as a basis of regulation of trade of joint stocks of water bioresources and further developments interactions in this area.
