as a result of trial the court passed to p the decision on satisfaction of the requirement of the Atomstroyexport company concerning payment by the Bulgarian party of the ordered equipment, already performed works, and also compensation of percent and a legal cost. Before full repayment of all amount of damage the penalty of 167 thousand euros is daily charged. The verdict rendered by the international arbitration is final.
