Passed year as there was no chairman of committee of Legislative Assembly for the village and agro-industrial policy Valery Ivanovich Sergienko. It was lost during official journey on September 30, 2015 in road accident near the village Troitsk Bograd district Republic of Khakassia.

the Biography Valery Ivanovich Sergienko was inseparably linked with Krasnoyarsk territory. He was born in 1946 in the Khakass autonomous region which then was a part Krasnoyarsk territory. The labor way for it began with state farm in Minusinsk district where Valery Ivanovich Sergienko worked about a year the mechanic. Then he was the second secretary of the Minusinsk district committee of CPSU, the chairman of executive committee of the Rybinsk regional council, the first secretary of the Bolshemurtinsky district committee to CPSU managing agricultural department of Krasnoyarsk regional committee of CPSU, the secretary of regional committee. In 1988 Valery Ivanovich Sergienko headed executive committee of regional council and was elected the People's Deputy of the USSR. In January, 1992 he becomes the first deputy governor of edge — the Prime Minister. Sergiyenko elect the president of the Union of producers, businessmen of edge. Valery Ivanovich Sergienko was elected in deputies State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, headed the Agrarian union of edge.
