Saudi Arabia dispelled all hopes for achievement of the agreement at a meeting in Algeria, and prices of oil failed for 3%. Besides, the index of dollar continues to grow that also is a negative factor both for ruble, and for oil. Now the ruble is at the level of 63,8 to dollar whereas oil bargains around $46,15 for Brent barrel. But the ruble did not manage to react to the latest events therefore the first hours of auctions active falling of the Russian currency is expected yet.
