This construction is one of the oldest in Irkutsk.
"The house Shubinykh becomes worthy decoration of our city. Long time the project of repair and restoration works of this building prepared. The service on protection of objects of a cultural heritage gave out on September 16 permission to work. On days off building dismantle began, restoration dismantling is now carried out. All materials which go from the object, will be built in. The project developed the Siberian design institute "Naslediye". The project rather interesting, it practically for 100% reproduces that building which existed historically" — Kornienko Eugenie told.

In pre-revolutionary time the building belonged to a family and was used as a house. And in the 2000th years construction repeatedly burned therefore began to be in dilapidated state.
