Elections in a pre-trial detention center No. 1 and in a pre-trial detention center No. 2 were organized by
by means of educated precinct election commissions. Staff of institutions did a big preparatory work on the action organization: the persons holding in custody, were informed on terms and an order of commission of selective actions, with use of internal broadcasting explanatory work with suspects and accused about their electoral rights was carried out.
When carrying out vote a pre-trial detention center No. 1 were visited the Commissioner for Human Rights to Ivanovo Region by Kovaleva Natalia and her representative Malov Aleksey. The chief Administration office Federal Penitentiary Service on Ivanovo region Rubtsov Fedor accompanied ombudsmen. During visit Kovaleva Natalia exercised control behind implementation of the suffrage in SIZO-1, carried out round of chambers of a pre-trial detention center, talked to suspects and accused concerning the organization of elections, and also for conditions of the contents in a pre-trial detention center.
