"Dear friends!
there is such arithmetics. Scientists counted: about a minute on the average there is a voter in a booth for vote. Plus – till 9 minutes we spend on the polling station to pass to an entrance to a hall, to look round, find "the" member of the commission who "serves" our address, to take the bulletin, to undersign for its receiving, sometimes – to defend small turn … And after we will lower the bulletin in a ballot box, – with feeling of the fulfilled duty, having bought rolls or pies, to go home. Total – about 10 minutes. Or 600 seconds. 600 seconds of our lawful day off. Our long-awaited Sunday …
Only influence of these ten minutes on our life it is difficult forour choice determines by
a lot of things. Better that we understood that we choose not the television picture which will entertain us the next years, and concrete things: pensions, workplaces, roads, hospitals, kindergartens, parks and squares, parkings, lamps on streets.
Therefore I offer
Dear fellow countrymen! Let's care of the future together. For us it will be not made by anybody.
