Victor Dzyuba: It is necessary to motivate already during training students for work by profession

on September 15 the chairman of ASSOCIATION DEPUTATOV TO, the deputy Tula region Gorodskoye Thought Victor Dzyuba visited GPOU THAT "TGTK" where met teachers and students of educational institution.

Victor Dzyuba congratulated students on the beginning of academic year and wished success in development of the chosen specialty. According to the deputy, from as far as consciously the person approaches to the professional education, depends, including quality of gained knowledge, and also motivation on future professional activity.

- Often happens that after the higher education institution or college termination the graduate goes to work absolutely on other specialty. Meanwhile, it is necessary to motivate already during training it for work by profession, to organize excursions to production, to show mechanisms in practice as this or that equipment works. The problem of increase of interest of children and youth to the exact sciences and technologies will be served also by educational science and technology park "Kvantorium" which is created in Tula at the initiative of the acting the governor Alexey Dyumin, - reminded Victor Dzyuba.
