Car owners can bring a payment in the advance payment for all period of validity of permission, or pay its parts of times a year. this initiative was taken earlier by the Moscow city regional office of "Yedinaya Rossiya" (United Russia). the Right free of charge to put the car in a zone of a paid parking is at owners of cars who or own housing, or officially remove it and are registered in it. Free permission allows to park the car from 20:00 till 8:00. the car on a city parking of the area not only at night, it is possible to issue permission to the round-the-clock parking.
