Regional court of Krasnoyarsk rejected the claim of the deputy of the Krasnoyarsk City Council from "Patrioty Rossii" (Patriots of Russia) Mikhaleva Nina about cancellation of registration of her colleague on city parliament Shevchuk Nicholas on elections in Legislative Assembly of edge.
As Petrova Victoria told Newslab.ru to the authorized representative of regional office of Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, to andidat from Liberal Democratic Party of Russia Shevchuk Nicholas and the candidate from "Patrioty Rossii" (Patriots of Russia) Mikhaleva Nina are nominated by span on the same Sverdlovsk one-mandatory constituency No. 3. According to the legislation, candidates have the right to appeal against the decision on registration of other candidate proposed on the same district. Mikhaleva Nina appealed to court about cancellation of registration of Shevchuk Nicholas that it allegedly still consists in "Patrioty Rossii" (Patriots of Russia). Shevchuk Nicholas managed to be proved p in court that it already for an appreciable length of time does not consist among this party. As earlier it was reported, Shevchuk Nicholas last year eliminated "patriots", and the statement for it was made then by the head of her regional office Serebryakov Yvan . However Shevchuk Nicholas had difficulties with documentary confirmation of the fact of the exit. In May of this year Shevchuk Nicholas even directed the application telegram to regional office of this party, notifying on its exit from among her members. There the telegram received, but in court declared that Shevchuk Nicholas, according to the party charter, had to make the personal statement. as a result the court agreed with argument of the deputy that personally sent telegram can be considered as such statement.
