The first meeting of operational staff on elimination of debt on property taxes of natural persons, took place in the building of Administration of the Belovsky district of the Kursk region. A part of a staff were: chapter Belaya district Volobuev N.V., the deputy chief Interdistrict inspectorate Federaltax service No. 4 onKursk region Shalunov A.V. , the head of department of FSSP of Sudzhansky, Belovsky and Bolshoe Soldatskoe district Kursk region, and also heads of all village councils Belaya district. Volobuyev noted importance of timely and full transfer of all payments in budgets of municipalities as quality of preparation of schools depends on its filling, kindergartens by new academic year, a heating season, salary payment to state employees, execution of other social obligations. The deputy chief of Inspection Shalunov A.V. reported on current situation with debt, having noted that "as a whole on the area it is impossible to call dynamics of repayment of debt satisfactory though in a section of municipalities since the beginning of year positive dynamics is observed. From this it is possible to draw a conclusion, what not all heads of the Village Councils fully make efforts for filling of the budgets in spite of the fact that monthly in their address the tax inspection dispatches the list of the debtors having objects of property in their territory, and also information on employees of the administrations having a debt". The first deputy head of the area on the financial and economic questions Zvyagina L.I. in the performance noted the Village Councils in which weak dynamics of repayment of debts is observed, suggested heads to report on the reasons of inefficient work on debt repayment. Summing up the results of meeting of operational staff on elimination of debt on property taxes of natural persons, it is solved: - to strengthen work on debt repayment according to the approved schedule; - to make the list of the died debtors, having requested on them in department of the REGISTRY OFFICE of the copy of certificates on death for debt cancellation; - to make lists of the citizens who are not living to the address of finding of objects of the taxation for carrying out search actions; - to strengthen explanatory work among the population about need of timely payment of taxes; - to oblige heads of rural administrations to direct weekly reports on the held events. Similar operational staff is created and began the work in the territory of all municipal areas Kursk region.
