the Head of SU of SKR across Saratov region Nikitin Nicholas brought criminal case concerning the 47-year-old deputy of Meeting Marxian which suspect of bribery in a considerable size. According to the investigators, on August 16 the deputy who also heads one of firms Aleksandrovo-Gaisky raion, transferred to the deputy minister of agriculture of Saratov region as a bribe of 100 thousand rubles. For this sum the official had to issue to the deputy the positive conclusion of a commission of experts about compliance of the enterprise to requirements for cultivation of breeding cattle. This document was necessary for further obtaining the license.
toof the Deputy minister in advance reported about a preparing meeting in law enforcement agencies, and transfer of a bribe was stopped by employees of SK and FSB. "Now the suspect is detained. The investigative actions directed on collecting and fixing of evidentiary base" are carried out, - explained in the press service of investigative management.
