"After signing on December 17 agreements of Sberbank Europe AG finished sale of 99,5% of the Slovak structure of Sberbank Slovensko of the company PENTA INVESTMENTS LTD" — it is spoken in the message.
As of December, 2015, assets of Sberbank Slovensko were made by 1,8 billion euro, the number of active clients exceeded 110 thousand
"The decision on sale of Sberbank Slovensko will be coordinated with a strategic marketing survey on which Sberbank carries out the activity in Europe.
