On July 26, 2016 in AdministrationSelskoye settlements Oktyabrskoe district, under the chairmanship of the Head of the settlement of Kargina Ye. I., took place summing up work for the I half-year 2016. At meeting there was a head of department of construction, repair, housing and communal services and transport of Administration of Oktyabrsky district Simisenko M.S., the chief of the 212th fire brigade Pankov L. I., the chief of MU service " of the Customer " Bogdanov A.A., the chief of a water site of GUPROURSV " October " Melnichenko V.N., the deputy chief of USZN on Oktyabrskoe district Sknarin A.P., deputies of the Mokrologsky rural settlement, heads of the enterprises, Cossacks, inhabitants of the farm. Following the results of work for the first half of the year 2016 the revenues of the budget of the settlement are executed in the sum of 18 million 123,1 thousand rubles. The plan of obtaining own income for the first half of the year 2016 is implemented for 98,3%. Work of administration was based on the basis of those remarks and offers which arrived from the population, they generally concerned improvement of work of public transport, to repair of roads, rendering financial support to inhabitants and many other things.
According to each address of citizens concrete measures were taken and control was exercised. The importance was given in the past period to development of public self-government, its involvement in the solution of questions of improvement of the farms and settlements, creation of conditions for comfortable accommodation, at realization of local initiatives and orders of voters (communication, water supply system reconstruction, is expensive in x. Nikolaevka). In 2016 in AdministrationSelskoye settlements 47 addresses, from them 4 written and 43 — oral arrived. All addresses were considered. One of the main issues of realization of youth policy in the settlement is the question of fixing of youth, and as support of young families. 3 land plots were allocated in property to large families. 23 young families are included in the list of participants of the " Dwelling " and " Village " programs. Already 4 families received certificates on housing . Summing up the work results for the I half-year 2016, the Head of the settlement Kargin Ye.I. set the tasks on the second half of the year 2016. The main objective is attraction of the income in the settlement budget, providing with labor employment the population, rendering financial support to needy inhabitants, increase of a collecting of payments for the consumed gas, water and the electric power, work activization among the population, aimed at providing fire safety, and as creation in the territory of the settlement of non-profit organizations.
