the report at meeting was made by the first deputy prosecutor of the region Valery Sergiyenko. He noted that bodies of prosecutor's office consistently realized human rights function, in due time took the measures directed on protection of interests of the personality, society and the state, observance of the budgetary and tax legislation, performance of laws at placement of the state and municipal orders, use of the financial funds allocated for execution of the state and municipal programs.
the Speaker focused attention that prosecutors of the territory revealed over 8 thousand violations of laws, took out more than 1000 representations for their elimination. 517 officials are made responsible. In interests of citizens, societies and the states about 800 claims and applications for the sum exceeding 31 million rubles are sent to courts. And, Valery Sergiyenko specified, 99,5% of claims were satisfied.

The governor is convinced: system supervision of observance of the budgetary and tax legislation allowed to fill up the regional budget and off-budget funds of 19 million rubles debt on taxes and other obligatory payments in the first quarter 2016. According to the head of the territory, the role of prosecutor's office and in improvement of the business environment in the Magadan region, business development, protection of the rights of subjects of business activity is considerable.

Vladimir Pecheny considers that together with prosecutor's office executive bodies of the territory can significantly promote in the solution of housing problems kolymchan, resettlements of citizens from a hazardous dwelling, and also stable power supply of the mining enterprises and settlements of the Northeast of Russia. On his belief, rapid response to unfair performance of obligations various contract organizations working at building of socially significant objects in the region has to become priority.
