The vice-chairman of the commission on affairs of minors and protection of their rights of Administration Raphael Fateev informed participants of meeting on a condition of work on prevention of neglect, offenses and antisocial actions of minors, on protection of minors against criminal infringement of their life and health in six months 2016. Information on work on early detection of family trouble as to prevention of a social orphanhood was made by the head of department of guardianship, guardianship and interaction with medical institutions of Administration of Oktyabrsky district Rinat Bashirov.
All at meeting 15 administrative materials were considered. From them 14 - according to Art. 5.35 p.1 "Non-execution or inadequate execution by parents or other lawful representatives of minor duties according to the contents, education, training, protection of the rights and interests of minors", 1 – according to Art. 6.9 p.1 "Consumption of drugs without appointment of the doctor".
