For GARAGE COOPERATIVE "ROSTEKH", as before, there were 22,044%.
The authorized capital of JSC PPO EVT makes 1 billion 299 million 997 thousand rubles, therefore the nominal price of the transaction — over 946 million rubles. But hardly it is possible to call the transaction a reshuffle of the package belonging to structures under control to the state.
JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "RESEARCH AND PRODUCTION CENTER "ALMAZ-FAZOTRON" is registered by b in 1997, a primary activity – production of semiconductor devices, and also production of integrated schemes, microassemblies and micromodules, parts of radio - and the television equipment, the equipment of telecommunication, the radar, radio navigational equipment and the radio remote control. The enterprise works for special production release. According to open sources the size of authorized capital – 276,1 million rubles, almost all it (99%) is brought JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "CORPORATION "FAZOTRON-NIIR" ( JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "CORPORATION "FAZOTRON-NIIR" ), the rest belongs to Saratov of JSC NPP Almaz .
Though JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "RESEARCH AND PRODUCTION CENTER "ALMAZ-FAZOTRON" does not appear in the list of the companies entering into JSC KRET, the policy of NPTs is coordinated by this corporation as 64% of "Phazotron-NIIR" are consolidated under control of KRET. Directly KRET Saratov region include engelssky JSC CB Signal to Them Glukhareva and JSC KBPA.
According to open sources of "Almaz-Fazotron" took part in 33 auctions from them won 28, the main customer is JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "RAVENSTVO".
