Ministry of Health of the Udmurt Republic together with administration of Oktyabrsky district of Izhevsk realizes the pilot project "Rhythm of Healthy Life"
the First who will be able to estimate the project – employees of JSC IEMZ Kupol.
the project Purpose – strengthening of health of workers, increase of knowledge of risk factors of chronic noninfectious diseases and ways of their correction.
Within the project at the end of May factory workers participated in the action dated for the World day without a tobacco smoke. Employees of plant could pass free of charge screening inspections, receive preventive materials.
Today for factory workers the working day began p with the production gymnastics which has passed under the direction of the skilled instructor of the Republican medical and sports clinic – Natalya Vladimirovna Shkurikhina. About advantage of movement and physical activity lecture was given by the specialist of the Republican center of medical prevention Elvira Borisovna Nelyubina. Its lecture with striking and "live" examples caused a great interest in listeners. Experts hope that lecture and gymnastics will induce people to start being engaged in physical activities for advantage of health.
