The prosecutor's office of area carried out an inspection of how the legislation on counteraction of corruption by the officials replacing municipal positions is executed.

This time under check the municipality Council of deputies the Lomonosovsky municipal district of the Leningrad region got. Security officers were interested by completeness and reliability of submission of data on the income, expenses, about property and obligations of property character for 2015, told PASMI in prosecutor's office of the Leningrad region.
"By check it is established that in defiance of the current legislation the number of persons, replacing municipal positions in municipality Council of deputies the Lomonosovsky municipal district, submitted incomplete and false information on the income, property and obligations of property character concerning themselves and members of the families for 2015", – noted in structure.
On these to the facts of violation of the law, the deputy prosecutor of the region the Lomonosovsky municipal district brought idea of their elimination in municipality Council of deputies.
To prosecutor's office noted that similar inspections are carried out by bodies of prosecutor's office of area and in other municipal areas.
Earlier Lipetsk prosecutors achieved involvement of officials to responsibility for the "wrong" declarations on the income.
