On June 29, 2016 in a conference hall of a city administration of Yeniseisk of Krasnoyarsk Krai (Lenin St., 118) the next exit seminar for the official local governments authorized on commission of notarial actions, priyeniseysky group of territories of Krasnoyarsk Krai took place: Yenisei, Kazachinsky, Motyginsky, Pirovsky areas.
As organizers of a seminar acted Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation across Krasnoyarsk Krai and Notarial chamber of Krasnoyarsk Krai (association) with assistance of Administration of the Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai, administration of the Yenisei area.
Earlier seminars in the same format took place in Zaozyorny, Kansk, Achinsk, Minusinsk and the item Beryozovka of Krasnoyarsk Krai.
The program of a seminar included topical issues in the notariate sphere: changes in the legislation on a notariate; order of commission of notarial actions by officials of local governments; work with the qualified digital signature; maintaining uniform information system of a notariate.

Head of department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on Krasnoyarsk Krai Bychkova L.I. designated the main objectives in activities of officials of the local governments making notarial actions, for observance of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens.
In Abramov E.V. performance. the notary of the Krasnoyarsk notarial district, told about the last changes in the legislation on a notariate, made practical recommendations about the organization of work about commission of notarial actions and transfer of necessary data for entering into Uniform information system of a notariate.
About realization by Management of control powers in the specified sphere Grishina S. V., the leading control and supervision specialist expert of department of Management in the sphere of legal profession, a notariate, the state civil registration acted.
Besides, deputy chief of department of Management concerning regulations of the subject of the Russian Federation and maintaining the federal register, maintaining register of municipalities, registration and maintaining register of charters of municipalities Steinberg E.G. told about the problem questions arising at registration of charters of municipalities.
